Floify is looking for a dynamic, Customer Success-driven individual to join our fast-paced, industry-leading team.

SaaS Customer Success or Account Management experience required.

- Strongly motivated to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Proven track record working on customers on projects
- Experience in relaying technical knowledge in a friendly, positive manner
- Experience in interacting and collaborating with key stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience in managing multiple issues, scope, and quality while bringing areas of responsibility and tasks to completion under strict deadlines
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
- Experience in communicating with clients both in-person, virtually, and on the phone

What you will do:

- Become an expert in Floify
- Conduct customer on-boarding
- Answer customer inquiries
- Interact with clients on a daily basis
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities
- Ensure each customer is set-up for Success
- Create a positive client experience
