The company recently reached $1 billion in assets under management with the majority of the capital invested in real estate, but also investments in private equity, securities, equipment, and renewable energy.

The Project Manager will assist the Portfolio Manager in managing the current project portfolio (solar and wind) as well as pipeline of new projects (solar) from document signing to completion as well as evaluate any new deal assumptions/requirements (solar). This position will help deliver exceptional operating performance and set pricing, marketing and business development strategy to meet annual project portfolio growth goals.

O&M Management and Asset Management
✔ Manage 3rd party O&M and Customer Management providers
• Verify accuracy of reports, invoicing and costing, scheduling annual maintenance, scheduling “unscheduled maintenance”
• Ensure 3rd party providers are completing all required deliverables and task in a timely manner per the requirements of the contracts.
✔ Put in place O&M amendments when new projects are near completion.
✔ Evaluate solar portfolio performance, identify and resolve any areas of underperformance and
✔ Utilize data acquisition system daily to analyze alarm notifications to verify if maintenance is required, analyze regularly that each plant is operating per the insolation data versus the estimated production.
✔ Build annual budgets.
✔ Review monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting versus budget for reporting to outside lenders
✔ Review monthly invoices to verify invoice amounts are correct per PPAs rates and production
✔ Complete annual reports per the Interconnection and PPA requirements to deliver to customers or utility.

✔ Help evaluate new project opportunities and confirm required assumptions.
• Confirm project schedule can be achieved per the required timelines
• Confirm budget from developer and or EPC is accurate
• Confirm major equipment proposed to be installed are from bankable and reliable vendors who can also deliver in a timely manner per schedule needs
• Review engineering to ensure the system is at least industry standard and meets all requirements set forth by customers, land owners, and utilities.
○ Complies with all required IEEE and NEC codes
✔ Manage EPCs and monitor construction progress and review/approve invoices in accordance with the company’s standard procedures. Ensure projects get to commercial operation date on time and in accordance with technical requirements.
• Ensure all requirement of the EPC contract are being met
✔ Review all contracts and agreements associated with projects
• Ensure all requirements of each agreement/contract are being met per the required schedules set forth within
• Including condition use permits and construction ready permit requirements are being met
✔ Facilitate ARB approval for projects on RCS-owned properties. Facilitate utility and other project documentation process.
✔ Submit all required documentation to banks for loan financing.
✔ Research property tax rules and solar incentive programs.
✔ Maintain/build positive, long lasting relationships with all clients and partners.

✔ Bachelor's degree required
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in
• managing project implementation from inception to completion including overseeing construction management and
• managing projects to pro-forma after completion including budgeting
• managing project documentation process and coordinating with all stakeholders
• Solar and renewable energy experience required
• Able to read and interpret construction ready plan sets, including electrical drawings
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and partners.
• Skilled in MS Office
• Experience with Locus and Also Energy data acquisition software
• Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to accountability and measuring outcomes.
