Audiologist (3-4 Days / Week)

Job Summary :
To provide diagnostic audiological services to patients of all ages.
Administers and interprets audiological tests, develops a treatment plan, and establishes goals for each patient.
Provides rehabilitative audiological services.
Maintains communication with the family and other treating professionals concerned with clients hearing needs.
Reports any abuse or neglect cases to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
Maintains calibration of equipment and related reports, and maintains the audio logical suite, materials, and supplies.
Logs procedures and submits charges to the Practice Manager for submission to Insurance as well as for payment for the hearing aid (s).
Writes evaluation reports and daily progress notes on a timely basis.
Prepares and presents in-service education to staff and the community.
Maintains state-of-the-art knowledge in field of audiology.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to lift 5 pounds.
Ability to relate to individuals of all ages.
Above-average communication, language, and interpersonal skills.
Normal corrected hearing/listening skills.
Master's degree or equivalent in audiology.
Current license or eligibility for licensing as an audiologist
Certified or certification eligible by the American Speech and Hearing Association
This position will work 3-4 days/week
